We had a fantastic time – but at the Royal if you don’t have fun…  well there is just no pleasing you! 

Big Full Days - hours, mileage and laughs..  Great laughs with the shearers - all the stories and shenanigans! 

Over the moon with the Halter results and almost there’s.  Delighted that we coped with the big show and infotainment team.  Walk an Alpaca a great success supported by Menai and Vincentia High Schools – you kids are legends with your smiles and commitment to these animals.

Our stall had loads of visitors, great stories and looking forward to seeing all the creative things being made with our yarn.  Trace, Sue & Erin – the tales from the store – well the first rule is – stay at the store!

Media was fun with Channel 9 with Storybook Leonardo Da Vinci being led around and even winked at the crowd!  Thanks to the team at Royal Show Radio for countless media spots over the whole time with us and many other breeders .  ABC for covering spots on the shearing, Alpaca Culture for all the pick-ups  and shared of the Alpacas at the Sydney Royal for the benefit of ALL Australian Alpaca Breeders and finally thanks again to The Land for help with the Alpaca Photo Booth. 

We (Coolawarra & Storybook) say a BIG thanks to all our helpers – big and small who took our animals into the ring, cleaned their pens, walked them, talked about them, and overall made the experience for us and them – easier!

Camden Show 2017

Camden delivered massive amounts of rain leading up to the show.  The Showring was thankfully not too bad – we have to be grateful of straw.  Thanks for the help given to us on the day from our wonderful supporters - Katie Thomas, Kristie and Sam Hayward for the work in the Showring.  Big thanks to Trace Hanson for assistance with final show preparations on Friday.  Our results are fantastic and we are humbled by the results.
